Our annual Thanksgiving Feast is today and everyone is psyched!  The classes have all been busy preparing the dishes (yes, from scratch, or very nearly) they’ll share with the other rooms:

Room 1: Cranberry Sauce
Room 3: Pumpkin Pies
Room 4: Applesauce
Room 5: Cornbread
Room 6: Green Beans
Room 7: Mashed Potatoes
Office:  Gravy

But before we feast, we’ll all meet in the Big Room to hear about the first Thanksgiving and sing songs that remind us of that event, as well as songs reminding us to be thankful for all we have.  The Feast is taking place in the Big Room for the first time this year, so we might all be together, just like the Pilgrims and Native Americans did so long ago.  And yes, the carpet is scheduled to be cleaned afterwards.
